Hey there! I'm Kimberly Jolynn Kerr, and I'm on a mission to shake up the world of mental health. As a Licensed Individual, Marriage, and Family Psychotherapist, author, business consultant, and entrepreneur, I've had the privilege of making a real impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families across the West Coast and Nevada. But my journey started long before I earned my Master of Arts degree in Psychology from California Southern University back in October 2014. That's when I knew I wanted to do things differently—to help people not just survive, but thrive.
During my time at The Marriage and Family Research Institute in Malibu, California, I got hands-on experience working with all kinds of people, from all walks of life. And when I joined Partnerships for Youth at Risk in Nevada, I knew I'd found my calling. There, I provided counseling and led groups for individuals dealing with childhood trauma and other tough challenges. But I didn't stop there—I took my passion for positive change to the next level as the inpatient and outpatient Clinical Manager for American Addiction Centers, where I revitalized the organization's infrastructure and helped countless individuals find their path to recovery.

Now, I run my own private practice right here in Henderson, Nevada, where I work with an amazing and diverse group of clients. From couples struggling to find their spark to individuals battling anxiety, I'm here to help you navigate life's toughest challenges with empathy, understanding, and a whole lot of heart.
My approach to therapy is anything but one-size-fits-all. I draw from a variety of techniques and perspectives, blending Bowen Family Systems, Structural Family Systems, Experiential Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to create a customized treatment plan that works for you.
